This dramatic pastel was made in 2005.  It is is a mantle-size winter landscape of the Susquehanna River, farmlands and horseshoe bend; a setting rich in history - French Azilum, Marie Antoinette, generations of young lovers at an impressive overlook in Wyoming County, PA.
